Not surprisingly, our AC fan motor died on one of the hottest days this year. Polair was quick to assist and get us back up and running. Fast forward to some furnace concerns in November... Again, Polair was right on it, and the Technician was exceptionally courteous, conscientious and thorough. I have met or spoken with several members of the Polair team, including the owner, and everyone has been genuinely friendly and helpful. It's so great having Polair nearby!<br>UPDATE<br>We recently replaced our old furnace which had been struggling for several years, and once again Polair did everything right. The work and timing commitments were honoured 100% and the transition to a new unit was flawless. The main Technician who worked on it (Nick) was very knowledgeable and considerate, and happy to discuss any details during the process. Stellar service from start to finish!

I couldn't say enough amazing things about this company!! Within an hour of our AC not working at our business the team at Polair fixed our unit that was diagnosed by 2 other techs and has us up and running on the hottest day of the year!! Thanks for all your help 😁

I own a restaurant and i called them for service a month ago and they service the a/c i worked fine for few days and started to go bad bad again i called them again to check it and then the technician stayed 1:15 hrs and they charged me for 3 hour labour and on the top of it the technician said the a/c is ok and it is not ok it still not working properly and then inside the restaurant their is freezer which was working fine before but the tech Put hot water on running fridge and made it go bad.<br>He did not fix the a/c instead he made our freezer go bad and when i called the company the lady was so rude ,arrogant and unprofessional as she outraged and said go find another service provider and hung up the call without even helping my concern.<br>Kindly, please provide me with the owner’s telephone number as i would like to personally talk to him about the poor service and abrupt behaviour of their staff.<br>Herein below are the images from today for the a/c thermostat & freezer that he made my freezer go bad for no reason as the technician was called for the hvac but i have no idea why he was playing with freezer without my permission

They were very quick to show up, polite, and accommodating on times to return for the final fix.

Thanks to all at Polair for great customer service. Ellie is always professional and was very helpful and kind. David the tech who did our service call was great, especially with my senior parents. Our a/c unit is working great now thanks to all of you at Polair.

I have called these guys a couple times and they have always been good. A/C stopped working this summer and the came out same day and had is back and working and last winter the furnace kept shutting off and they again were out same day had it fixed and the family warm again straight away. I highly recommend them
