Platte Valley Dispensary

Originally a 5 star comment until I arrive there at 7:50 to find the doors locked when they apparently close at 8 and the gentleman who answered the call my fiancé made for me to see what’s going on was rude and said “no we’re closed” and hung up without a explanation. Like what kind of customer service is that. I put a lot of money into this store throughout the year I’ve been going just for a whole brand new staff to be rude to me??? Like please update your google page to show the actual time the shop closes and teach the workers not be rude.

Stopped by before closing, we didn't realize what time it was, but the gentlemen that helped us were extremely kind and courteous. They went through their products even though they had begun locking up and were kind enough to even get products back out that had been put up. 10/10 would recommend and will probably be stopping back by before we leave town.

Been going there for years. They are the best spot in the city for EPC patients who are trying to have consistent flower at a fair price. And both managers are great people who know how to run a dispensary.

Very helpful staff & awesome product and prices. They have gone above and beyond, I just had hip surgery and cannot do the stairs, the customer service they provide is absolutely incredible. Definitely grateful for the crew here💚

The prices are good and the staff is friendly although they could have asked more questions to help us figure out exactly how much we needed. We over bought by a good bit and couldn't keep it because we live in another state. Would definitely recommend just don't be too shy to ask questions if you're unsure about what or how much to buy.
