Excellent customer service. I stopped in needing just one item quickly for some pain relief, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I was helped right away, with efficiency and kindness, and the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and attentive. It made what could have been a stressful errand feel easy and comfortable.

My favourite location!! Emily is so friendly , she always makes my day when I come by. She always hooks me up, that girl knows her stuff!

Got to give these guys 5 stars as a neighbour. While I don’t shop here I know their service is solid. A visually impaired man in my building was coming out of the store and one of the staff there literally left the store to help direct him to get him to where he was going. Please tell me in today’s world where else you will find that kind of service to go out of their way to help someone? Standing applause sir.

Jamie was an incredible help and is super up to date with the cannabis industry/ latest drops. They helped me pick out some delicious products and were patient with all my questions. I wish I could transport Jamie to Vancouver to be my local buntender!

Stopped by the other day while in Calgary, and Zach was beyond helpful in my selection process. Knew everything you could possibly want your bud tender to know as a customer, and made some excellent suggestions on local brands. I absolutely loved all the suggestions, and it definitely is a plus that the store smells absolutely wonderful thanks to the bakery next door. Will definitely return next time I find myself in town!
