I love this franchise so much, there is great staff, great service and so much variety in the product. Fairly priced, I would highly recommend.

Never open at 10am. Kids don't arrive until 11:30ish. Bad products over priced hemp.

Not open at. 10:45 am. Supposed to be open at 10:00 am. Poor business sense. After 11 am and still not open! This is Osborne location and still not open at almost 11:30 am. Really poor service. Guess if you want service 😏 you are screwed. After 12 noon and still not open!!!

Flower on sale was over a year old and regular priced flower was 2 years old. The employee on one visit must hate their job and/or life based on not even summoning the strength to say 'hi', and the several loud, annoyed sighs expressed while I took 90 seconds to look at the menu.

So far I have had such wonderful experiences with this location. The owner was great and someone who was happy to join the community and be so welcoming. Another staff member was kind enough to look out for my dog when I came in requesting water for him on our walk today. Thank you very much. I hope for this shop to do well and to continue to be a nice presence in South Osborne!!
