Hands down the best cannabis store I’ve been to. The atmosphere is great, every single staff member is knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful. They have a great selection of options as well as paraphernalia. I am convinced that you cannot find a better cannabis store in the Ottawa area. Keep up the great work, friends!

I've been a patron since they opened. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable! They offer points with your purchase which can be redeemed for some or their merch, or a 10% or 15% discount on your purchase.

I love this place. The staff are always so friendly, cool, and have a ton of great recommendations. I was in the other day, and Leila and Kellen helped me out. Had some great recommendations for me, and also explained more about their points system. Every time I leave Out & About, im happy, but more importantly feel taken care of. All the staff here are phenomenal. I have been coming here for a couple years and will continue to come back. I just met a staff member, Jade, who was so incredibly kind and helpful and even took time to ask how my day was. It's not very common to receive such personal and warm service these days. Thank you all for your help (never steered me wrong!) and for being the wonderful humans you are!
