One Plant Orleans

As a newbie, I was very nervous and shy about going to One Plant but Matin greeted me as soon as I arrived and was so kind and knowledgeable in helping me. Thank you Matin for making my first visit a success!

This store is so well laid out and the staff absolutely top notch! I must mention Danyka, if you have the pleasure of her serving you, you will not be disappointed. I could say the same of any of the employees, but Danyka deserved some kind words.

I would give it 10 stars if I could! I went in on Saturday with limited knowledge of the product but I was looking for something for a gift. Mallory and Emalee were absolutely wonderful to help me understand the best options, while staying on budget and just being friendly and answering my questions. I will definitely be back and will be sure to recommend them whenever I get a chance.

I can’t say enough great things about Mallory and her staff at this location. They provide an excellent customer experience by being friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If I owned a retail store I would want Mallory, or someone like her, to operate it.

The staff at One Plant are amazing enthusiastic, friendly, and always helpful! They’re the reason I keep coming back. But the manager I dealt with this past Monday night was the complete opposite: rude, patronizing, and self-righteous. When I asked for a price match, she lectured me about “policy,” said she’d have to retrain her staff, and even snapped, “This is much faster for you than it is for me.” If anyone at that store needs “retraining,” it’s the manager her staff could give her a masterclass in what real customer service actually looks like.
