**edit** I went in today to grab my order and the night crew people were actually pretty chill and didn’t look at me with contempt lol. I do wish the email you get once you order would say something like “to fulfill your order, please go to the store,” instead of being misleading but, I have compared prices and Oakanna is the most reasonably priced store I’ve found PLUS you accrue points so👍🏽 If you order online, you’ll never hear from them. I put in an order on Monday and I never received a text telling me to pick up my order, it’s Thursday. I once asked them why they don’t take care of online orders, the guy said “oh sometimes we’re busy.” YOURE BUSY FOR FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT?🥴 mind you, whenever I go in there’s like 3 customers so I really don’t understand what their deal is, lazy? Oh and the people who work there look at you with contempt like they absolutely hate you.

Oakanna is a very solid dispensary in a convenient location. They have a wide selection of products to choose from and the prices are super reasonable. The friendly service is what keeps me coming back, though - the budtenders make really good recommendations and bring a chill, positive, helpful vibe. Make a pit stop here before you brave the Trader Joe's crowd - you'll thank me later.

MY FAVORITE DISPENSARY. Always professional. Has amazing deals. Feels good being in their store. Great deals for everyone. Ps: there is nothing cheeky about the staff. Some other reviews are dripping in entitlement and disdain for younger employees. The managers diligently resolve issues and are very approachable. Thank you for being a safe haven to many locals and visitors.

The guy who helped me was very helpful, nice and informative. Parking kind of sucks here but they are fast and don't keep u to long so parking comes and goes

I have been an Oakanna customer since they opened. They opened in my old neighborhood. It pains me to write this review. While prices are good, customer service has deteriorated so much I can no longer support this business. On this evening I waited my place in line and was called to the counter by a young woman. I placed my order with her. She seemed confused and told me her co-worker would help me. Fair enough, I thought. Maybe she was new. I placed my order with a young cashier who has waited on me on numerous occasions in the past. I say young, because I’m no spring chicken and am old enough to be his grandmother. The woman who had initially called me to the counter had since began helping the woman who was in line behind me. She was struggling to fulfill the order of the woman who had been behind me. She asked help of the young man helping me, who had nearly completed ringing me out. Before my transaction was complete, he turned his attention to the woman who had been in line behind me. I kindly asked him to complete my transaction before helping the woman who was behind me in line. He continued to help this woman ignoring my request. I found this disrespectful. I am fed up with bad service and cheeky, young cashiers. I asked to end the transaction and give me my money back. Hell, you can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a weed store in Oakland, right? The cheeky, young cashier turned his attention back to me and said, and I quote, “did that transaction go through?” He looked at the card reader. It had. He then said “good, because if it hadn’t, I wouldn’t have sold it two you.” I really didn’t know what to say to that except “please refund my money.” The cheeky, young cashier told me he couldn’t . He disappeared to the “back” and returned with someone who I can only assume was a manager. I told the manager what happened. He acknowledged I was calm and respectful, never raising my voice. He said he would talk to the cheeky, young cashier, who had since retreated to the other end of the counter. I watched but could not hear. The assumed manager returned to apologize for the employee. I asked if that was it. I expected the employee to apologize, but apparently there was to be no consequences for his disrespectful treatment toward me for merely wanting him to finish ringing me up. Assumed manager asked me to wait for a moment. I did. He went to the “back” and returned to the counter with a joint. He expected to buy me off with a joint. In all the time they have been open and I HAD been their loyal customer, I’VE NEVER PURCHASED FLOWER. So, if you want a dispensary that cares more about their cheeky, disrespectful employees over the satisfaction of loyal customers, then go to Oakanna. For me, I’ll be back at Harborside. There is plenty of parking, they have a bigger selection with amazing discounts, but most of all, they are always kind and appreciate my business. In fact, if you have a defective product, you will not get a hassle at Harborside. If you had asked me before today if I had any complaints about Oakanna, I would have said I had a very difficult time returning a defective product, but that the matter was eventually resolved to my satisfaction. The disrespect from the cheeky, young cashier is just too much. Goodbye Oakanna.
