NOVA Cannabis Deerfoot City

On Dec 22 @ 630 PM arrived outside this location and the open illumination sign was on but the door was locked and a posted sign saying they would be gone from 0640-750pm. There was a worker standing outside smoking what appeared to be more then cigarettes for over an hour! When i approached her she told me she worked there. Usually that would indicate to the employee to unlock the door and do your dam job! The illuminated sign is directed at a very busy parking lot, we observed over 10 people walk up to the door solely because the sign was on. This is just not acceptable from a customer service person. Taking a 15 min break ya whatever dont care; this was an hour and purely to chain smoke. Unacceptable behaviour in customer service; especially when you have crowds of people approaching the door.

Im a regular here at this location . And have been since the day it opened . Staff is so friendly there . And theres a few that are my fav ppl to see working . My name is not james . Haha . Took way too long to help, was chatting to a friend or something. Then they helped someone who came in after me even tho I was waiting & knew what I wanted UPDATE: The box my bong came in wasn’t secured properly at all. So when I went to open the box it came in. Two small pieces fell out & one broke. I tried calling & explaining the situation, but I was told I had to drive back & buy a new separate piece. This all happened on Nov. 14. I been at this location before in the past but never had an experience like this

Great selection and amazing prices. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Lots of parking spaces just steps away from the store. They even have a dog water bowl and dog treats!
