Northern Helm

We’ve been going to Northern Helm for months and it’s definitely our favourite cannabis store in the city. Not only do they have a wide variety of cannabis products, they also have very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They’ve always taken the time to help us find the right product that fits our needs all while being super friendly and approachable!

I actually love shopping here, it's an excellent place to shop & there's nothing that could make it a better experience for me. It's a calm, comfortable & non-judgmental environment, and they're make you feel like a welcome & valued customer regardless of how much you're spending. Clean & tidy, with plenty of space to carry my purse (or, if needed, my cane), the staff have always been quick, friendly & helpful-- and the products I've gotten/been recommended have been top quality & very reasonably priced. I also greatly appreciate the easy-to-use website & the ability to place an order and pay at pickup.. I get in and out with my order so quickly that I'm never standing there long enough to get sore, even without my cane.

Always the best recommendations from the amazing team! A step up from other dispensaries, literally a safe haven for a stressed uni student. The place is welcoming and friendly and the staff are amazing and always so thoughtful!! My favourite people and place to go for fun times

Staff are super knowledgable and welcoming! Instantly feel welcomed and guided to the best products for me. Loved that they have such a range of edible and lifestyle products and was happy to try the new bath bombs! Storefront is lovely & live music on the weekend was a really nice touch to the shopping experience. Thanks to the Northern Helm team! Will be back for sure :)

I'd like to say a big thank you to management and employees of the new dispensary! I was taking a drive from Orleans to see the new location. Very clean and well laid out! The staff are very knowledgeable, and were able to offer me some great choices. They also have a wide selection, that I looked into on their website! A great experience for this old guy from the 70's... and I was able to bring my dog inside to visit everyone! How cool is that?!
