This store refused to replace a defective vape for they sold me for almost 200 bucks. Really scheming practices from them, will not recommend any hardware purchases from here.

Great products and such nice kind staff members . I never had any issues with anything or anyone they are always willing to suggest something new if I ask for help this is why I switched from another shop to here.

I asked for pre rolls. I tell him I want the cheapest in stock. I told the guy I’m from out of town. He proceeds to sell me whole flower so I have to go back and spend money on a pipe so I can use the product. Super not cool. Don’t get me wrong the guy was polite but he literally sold me something I didn’t want and the store doesn’t have a screen to search their menu, which would have avoided this whole misunderstanding cuz I could say “I want X product”
