I love coming here because of the deals but make sure you get your receipt, don’t use card and recount your change before you leave. Most of the people talk too low at the front counter so I always double check the receipt to make sure they gave me the right change because they shortened my change a few times before.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I placed a delivery order at 11 a.m. for the 12–2 p.m. window. The order never arrived, and after multiple calls, I was given conflicting and dishonest information by staff. One employee claimed the driver had “attempted delivery,” which was false, my home cameras confirmed no one ever came or called. When I finally spoke with the manager, Cindy, she admitted she hadn’t been informed of the situation despite staff saying otherwise. Instead of taking accountability, she became defensive and unprofessional, even yelling on the phone and refusing to provide a resolution after I raised valid concerns about staff dishonesty and lack of communication. Cindy stated she would be “less willing to help” unless I apologized after I had been lied to, hung up on, and denied service. When I declined, she became increasingly hostile and said she would no longer provide a resolution or redeliver my order. She even admitted she had planned to redeliver but changed her mind after I expressed frustration about the experience. Her response was retaliatory, emotional, and completely unacceptable for a manager in a customer-facing role. It’s clear this location suffers from poor leadership and inadequate staff training. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge ownership to evaluate management performance, retrain staff, and implement accountability standards to prevent future incidents like this.
