My favorite place to buy CBD! All employees are always incredibly kind and helpful. They are all incredibly knowledgeable. I had an issue today with the rewards system not tallying up my points accurately. I called customer service and the gentleman (Ryan I believe) was so wonderful. He asked me about my experience so far with the shop nearest me and gave me a $20 voucher toward my next product. Amazing customer service!

10/23/21: (5-stars ) The best CBD store I've been to. Staff is highly informative and provide(s) EXCELLENT customer service. Spotless store with numerous CBD, CBN, CBG and D8 products. On my visit today I experienced an issue with the rewards savings program that had expired. Manager escalated the issue to the owner and with a simple 2 minute phone call, the OWNER took care of my CBD medical needs. Did I say immediately??? (5 stars) Kudos to CYNTHIA, Manager on Duty. First of all, she remembered my name. Secondly she recognized that I was becoming a little bit distressed about the old savings program. I'm a military veteran who utilizes CBD along with various forms of therapy to help control my PTSD. Cynthia kept me calm. My $50 I had accrued was in the new computer system and the transaction went flawlessly after the resolution. Highly recommend and will always shop here for my CBD. Enjoy your relaxation...

As I walked in, I immediately felt at ease. Sheryl greeted me and introduced her self. She remembered my husband who had gone to her about a week ago. She asked me to have a seat and pulled together many samples for me to try. She is very knowledgeable about each product and answered every question that I had. I really felt like she cared about me getting the product that I felt was right for me and not trying to just make a sale. Thank you Sheryl for giving me above and beyond service! I will be coming back and hopefully sending my friends and family members your way.

I had an excellent experience here! It was my first time in the shop last Saturday, I immediately noticed the cleanliness and order of the place. I browsed for a moment and was greeted by Zachary, he let me look and was there once I decided I had 100 questions! He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the best product for the situation I’m dealing with, he showed me my options and let me make my decision. No pushy sales.. it was very comfortable and relaxed. Cassie also greeted me during the process and she was so kind and understanding of what I am dealing with, she really offered me some wonderful support and options that would further assist in my situation. I am very impressed by the effort and kindness these people show! I purchased a concentrated quality product at a reasonable price, the product is strong and doing its work! I will absolutely return and recommend this shop to everyone looking for quality, selection, informative staff and people that have your best interest in mind.
