The folks here are super friendly and welcoming. In particular, I want to mention Josh (who helped me on my first visit) and Danielle (who helped me on a subsequent visit). They’re both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. The only small issue I had was when I received a broken (leaking) oil cartridge that never worked and could not be refunded when I brought it back to the store, so I lost money on that. However, I will definitely keep shopping here for the awesome staff and location!

Products are great and staff are extremely knowledgeable. Josh and Paula are the best! Josh put me on to a brand that I never heard of before and it was great! I actually followed Paula from another location that I used to go to and I’m so glad that I did! Both are extremely nice and helpful. This is definitely my new favorite spot to go to! Update: I came in close to closing time and the service was still 5 star! Devin was super friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in finding the best selections for me.

Such a friendly and chill vibe going in there. I’ve always been met with such nice service and I love Danielle! She was so helpful and even assured my pup Lawrence got a little treat :)

Dawn was our budtender. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time with us. Lots of nice product. Pleasantly displayed. Would have like a new customer or senior discount. Very good experience. Glad to know native roots is in the neighborhood. Thanks Dawn

I had such a great time at this locations. My budtender was Bronti and she was great the whole team there Logan, Dawn, Paula, Sabrina, Daniel, Mia, and Josh everyone is so cool thanks you guys!
