Moksha Cannabis

I hate giving poor reviews, but unfortunately I've now had two terrible experiences at Moksha Cannabis (Bayview). With so many options available, I'd recommend just finding somewhere else to buy your goods. Their customer service is atrocious. Perhaps it's just the one employee who's been present both times - she wouldn't provide her name, but she upsold me on flower when I had asked for PRs, which led to her raising her voice and me leaving with no intention of ever returning. In a competitive industry where service wins, this store barely deserves the single star I'm forced to award them. PS. I don't want the 10% off for posting this review.

I had a great experience at this store. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering my questions. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of products for both new and experienced users. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Prices were fair, and I really appreciated the staff’s recommendations—they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone

I've been consistently impressed with Moksha Cannabis! The quality of their products is always top-notch, and their prices are very reasonable. What really stands out to me is the staff's willingness to help. Parsish, in particular, is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She always takes the time to answer all my questions, making my experience even better. Highly recommend!

Purchased weed yesterday was not good. Came again today. Purchased a two pack was worst weed I ever tried was expired and does not taste good or get you high. Bought third pack same experience won’t be coming back here - price & quality was not good

Great service and friendly staff! I had a really positive experience at this shop. A woman helped me out and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really comfortable.
