This place has really gone downhill. Lax security. Treated me like a stranger this last visit. My order wasn't ready, they were very disconnected and apparently too busy to be friendly. Although I was one of very few clients. Sure looks like a collapsing business. Kinda sad. Used to be a terrific experience. Best of luck.

I went in today looking for 5 for $50 the first guy I talk to was very rude his name is either Dylan ,Daton. He is a very aggressive sales person. Did not like the way he treated me so I asked for another rep. Fernando started being rude then when he understood what I was looking for his attitude changed. I didn’t like the way I was spoken to today. I didn’t not recognize one sales person today. It wasn’t the same friendly attitude when the mint first opened. I felt I was not respected as a person or customer. The location is convenient, however the management n staff are an acquired taste. I do not think I will go back to this mint on cave creek after today

I don’t usually write reviews, but Jacob definitely earned one. You can tell right away he actually enjoys his job and knows his stuff. I told him what I was looking for, and his edible recommendation was spot-on — hit exactly as hard as he said it would, and the flavor was honestly great (which isn’t always the case with edibles). Really appreciate someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, and clearly passionate instead of just pushing whatever’s on the shelf. If you get Jacob, you’re in good hands

Fedra. Fedra. Girl! Thank you so much! Today I need that extra love and I needed to be heard and you absolutely did! My sciatica pain has been unbearable. You gave me the best deal, I needed a little more so I can work tomorrow. I needed enough to not completely knock out. That attention alone was 5 stars. But the above and beyond was when you recommended that CBG drops! You explained the drop dosage, you recommended how to take it to process faster, you provided examples. I mean you painted the whole picture. And I needed that. Today I needed to be taken care. I needed the best customer service a CS rep can provide. You did that! Today, YOU made a difference! And I really needed ever to know ! Sciatica pain takes over your life and makes you useless. As a CS Rep myself, I know what it looks like. I know the patience and knowledge and attention, the empathy and all you need to be hearing while processing the best possible outcome for the customer! Gracias! Muchas gracias por averme dado esa misma calidad que yo viera dado! Because that’s why I went in today! To help my customers tomorrow and not be in pain. And I also called and gave the man who answered that feedback to. You should be rewarded, because yes I’ve been there and I’ve gotten good customer service, but not the quality you provided today. And quality will definitely give you returning customers. The award for best overall quality, customer service & satisfaction and made sales, goes to Fedra! 👏🏼👏🏼
