Beautiful store, professional staff. Nicely organized and very clean. Brandon was very knowledgeable and incredibly sweet. The selection and prices are great. This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back.

It's a nice store. Very clean with a wide variety of products. The budtender was friendly and knowledgeable. There is a fee charged for using plastic. I understand this, however I don't understand why I wasn't told this. I would of paid cash. I called to ask and the person on the phone didn't seem to care. I was told the cashier is supposed to say something but sometimes they don't or forget.

UPDATE I'm changing my review back up to 5 because my experience yesterday evening was just outstanding customer service on multiple levels. I guess that manager guy left and I had a bad experience that was truly unforgivable and I was shortchanged probably $18 however that was just one incident and though that should be rectified the other people to give great good service. It's a beautiful place and I appreciate the store. UPDATE I had a bad experience due to the deceptive email and the difficulty in the process of getting the deals. I did not get the deal as expected, and the manager who was pretty unfriendly did not offer a fair or honest adjustment. I was given a partial refund I think just was a terrible decision I should not have accepted that. I don't feel that I was dealt with in an honest manner and I'm tired of companies like this who don't do the right thing. I've been a good customer there and I don't feel that the service here is fair. ORIGINAL REVIEW I really like this dispensary. It's a beautiful location as many dispensaries in San Diego are. I love Sorrento valley and this particular location. It's very chill. The people there are always giving good service and are very relaxed and helpful and genuine. Very friendly, good place with lots of coupons and discounts here and there. Recommend.

Wow the customer service here was above and beyond! Shay greeted me at door and from the beginning had THE best energy , positive and ready to help me with ALL my needs. She offered Great recommendations and just overall from beginning to end provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The best cannabis store I've ever been to. The layout is amazing, the store is clean, and the staff is one of a kind. I just went there again yesterday and I was helped by an associate, Blue. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed in from the second that I walked in. Most sales people are so pushy and are looking to make you spend more money. I picked up a product to purchase and she directed me to buy an identical product which was $30 cheaper than the one I originally selected. I was blown away by her honesty and and people skills. Even when I was checking out with her at the counter another associate came up and just started having a friendly conversation with me. They really treat you like family here and thats why I'll always return as a customer. Thank you for your wonderful products and service MedMen.
