Olivia was great—friendly, knowledgeable, and really easy to talk to. She picked up on what I was looking for right away and made thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. Everything felt smooth and comfortable, and the vibe was on point. Would absolutely come back and shop with her again.

For the location the prices are good. I went in for a quick 8th and got me some runtz. $17 out the door.

In my most polite, YET FIRM, tone…..this review is *specifically* to highlight Olivia, Jules, and Mike. Idk what good energy they were on, but I’ll take 10. K please and thanks. Olivia is the perfect person to welcome in guests; infectious smile, soothing voice, vibrant hair color, awesome tattoo art work, really the whole package. And she was so receptive sharing and connecting with me (and really everyone who walked through the door). Jules was calm, cool, and collected. She was also gracious enough to share her perspective and some kind words with me. I didn’t feel like a transaction just waiting to be exchanged then pushed out the store. I felt like a person. And her teeth jewelry was funky fresh. So cool to me ✨😎 Mike was so gentle and patient with me. I did take my sweet time selecting a product and checking out, because he made me feel safe enough to move a little slower and really just enjoy the experience. The store is significantly larger than expected and extremely clean (especially so for being in DTLA). Medmen - is the medicine in the product itself, or the experience? It was my first time visiting from New York City and I love this place. Anne was literally, the sweetest and the cutest. She was able to help me find a really dope hybrid mix and explain all the different strains out to me. Definitely would recommend this place.
