Highly recommend!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Dana was an absolute gem! She handled all the details from start to finish, including entering my information into the ommp portal(for a very small totally worth it fee). All I had to do was answer a few questions and call my chiropractic office to have them email my records to MMCS. Dana and the doctor handled the rest! Within hours all my information was submitted and my medical card was being processed. Had I known it was this easy I would have done it years ago. I was anticipating a complicated process but my experience with MMCS was far from it. I cannot say enough about how helpful Dana was. She even retuned my accidental pocket dial the next day (which was a Saturday) to make sure that I was all good!! If you have a qualifying condition don't hesitate to reach out to MMCS. I'm so glad that I finally did! Big thanks to Dana for making this experience so pleasant and painless!!! After years of chronic pain I'm very grateful to finally have my medical card🙏

I called and spoke with a friendly individual by the name of Dana. We spoke for an extended period time about pain management, potential new opportunities, and the wonderful gifts that are provided to us. I appreciate her friendly candor and her overall demeanor when assisting people with their health needs. I have been a patient here for over 11 years, and have never gotten anything but exemplary care and service. The Doctors have been concerned about my entire well being, and the staff has always been amazing. A special tip of the hat to Dana, who called me today to check on my renewal needs, set up everything tele-medicine, and had my paperwork to me in a couple hours. She always goes the extra mile!

Would have given it a 5 star, but I had to come back because the paperwork didn’t get processed the first time. With that said, excellent customer service. I was able to see the doctor the same day I dropped back in. Dana, the receptionist was very relatable and pleasant. She got me squared away immediately.
