Moved to Seattle 4 years ago from LA. Ballard Lux was my first shop and still is:) Moved to Belltown a year ago Was relieved to find Lux was down the street from my house in Belltown. Lux Staff is super friendly and helpful at both locations. Always will work with my budget sometimes big sometimes small. Always help me to find the goods:) Thank You Lux!

Best dispensary in Seattle. Fight me about it. Every single person that works here is knowledgeable about the products they sell, insanely kind and attentive, fast and fair with service, and I mean this from the bottom to the top. In my year+ of this being my only frequented dispo, I have neeeeever had a bad interaction OR bad weed. They sell good, quality cannabis and they adapt to each of their guests needs easily. If someone is ahead of me in line and just wants to grab a joint and run, they're speedy. If someone ahead of me is new to the scene or just needs some guidance, they take their time and deliver high quality, intentional service. They also have great merch in the other room to the right when you enter- thick material cropped shirts and other nifty wearables. Big fan. Last note is, this place always has a wicked deal going. Check out the website and the sales tab and see what's listed that day/week, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. As someone who has worked at a dispensary in the past, I know what it is like on the other side of the counter, and these guys absolutely crush it, every day. Go make a friend there, get some bud, and then go back again!

We had such a great experience here! Miguel was incredibly helpful and friendly — he asked what we were planning for the day, and when we mentioned we were going on a hike, he knew exactly what to recommend. His suggestion was spot on — it was perfect for the occasion. Thanks, Miguel, for making our visit such a positive one! Highly recommend this dispensary.

Very friendly staff, educated about the products, and they actually care about their customers. Both Miguel and Renee were exceptionally nice. Much better than the other places.

Im going thru chemo and my primary care physician is nearby. I first went several weeks ago and was very impressed. The lady that does stock in the morning is extremely knowledgeable and is great at customer service. I’ve been two more times and even though it’s a bit far I went again today. I got sweetwater farms and it was on sale. They have a great selection and they care.
