Beyond the products themselves, I deeply appreciate being able to see and thoughtfully select items in person again. Having merchandise displayed where customers can comfortably view and choose what best suits their needs makes a meaningful difference. That simple return to normalcy enhances the entire shopping experience. What truly elevated my visit, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Budtenders Sarah and Elsie. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and offered thoughtful recommendations without any sense of pressure. Their patience and warmth created an atmosphere that felt welcoming and respectful. It is rare to encounter a team that balances efficiency with such authentic care for their customers. Sarah and Elsie exemplify outstanding service, and their dedication reflects wonderfully on the store as a whole. Their new open shelved shopping format is way more enjoyable and less institutional. The staff is very friendly They offer amazing deals all the time so it’s worth being a return customer. Special Shout out to Kassie who is very friendly with her winsome personality and 100-watt smile.

Stephanie is the best! She is a true Delight to do business with! She treats you like your good friends not just doing business together and she made my whole experience especially since it was my first time in a dispensary LOL just wonderful! Zenleaf...it's cool place and the staff is excellent!

Julea is a really good budtender & very knowledgeable. As someone who smoke quality over quantity she really understood the assignment. I came for concentrates and left w three concentrates of my favorite brands + a turn pod + some green dot labs. Definitely would recommend her to any other shopper and I hope I get her again on my next visit ❤️❤️
