Lifted Northwest

Today wed, Jan, 14th i called in for some pull and snap and a very rude employee on the phone , extremely disrespectful to me and belittling , he had limited information and actually tried to tell me what I was looking for rather than helping me look for what I was requesting. He went on to try to TELL me i want sugar wax which of course is the type of cannabis concentrate , which has small pieces of concentrated solidified crystal cannabis suspended in either a waxy or oily concentrate base , whereas what i'm actually looking for is a pull and snap , which is a similar extract process , however , resulting in a completely different texture of cannabis concentrate. This person needs to be spoken with and re-trained prior to dealing with customers on the phone, it was both frustrating and considerably disrespectful.Considering I am their elder and a longtime user and a medical patient with multiple sclerosis. I called another dispensary and explained the situation and received great service down the road and they have PLENTY of pull and snap. FYI dont treat customers like objects. Remember we are your neighbors and know you. Speak with respect and remember your an employee and supposed to be providing a service 👌

Completely ignored while standing past the ID check. The employee was busy chatting with a bystander about how he was a stripper, so she may have been distracted. When her coworker came in, I said I still needed help, but he proceeded to check someone else’s ID and help them instead. Terrible, terrible service spend your money elsewhere than

High all! I want to say to all fellow cannabis consumers that this lifted on SE Division is the best!!! Perfect name cuz they lifted my whole family’s spirits in everyway! Immediately upon entering their establishment we were greeted with to very kind bud tenders, Kelsey and Chris and let’s not forget “meatball”, they were super friendly, super informative and genuine! That’s what customer service is all about! Also shout out to another one of their employees that turned me onto the place, her name is Air! Trust me when I tell u, you’ll want to breathe her in! Their prices are solid, and the selection is great. But the best part? The smell. Out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to, this one has the freshest, most amazing aroma—like stepping into a giant, perfectly cured nug. If you're looking for a top-tier dispensary with good vibes and great products, this is the place to go!
