Creepy, rude staff. Only dispensary I've seen that makes you do more work as a customer, to make their already criminally easy job, even easier. Ridiculous. Came in once, and saw multiple things I've NEVER encountered at ANY store in my lifetime. Stay away, avoid the awful creepy vibes, and pay less elsewhere. For better stuff than their dried out, old flower. Absolute bottom barrel, expired junk weed.

Honestly, this is one of the best cannabis stores in the neighbourhood. The staff are always super friendly and genuinely helpful — they don’t just grab whatever is closest, they actually talk to you about what you’re looking for, what kind of mood you want, and give great suggestions. They really know their strains and the rotation keeps things interesting. Every time I go in, there’s something new to try along with solid favourites that are always in stock. Their selection is great across the board — flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, even infused drinks. I love that I can go in with any kind of plan (or no plan) and still walk out happy. And if anything ever goes wrong with a device or cartridge, they’re really patient. They listen to the issue properly and do their best to help or guide you through what to do next instead of brushing you off. The vibe in the store is relaxed, but the service is still quick and attentive. Prices are fair and there’s usually good deals going on. Overall, it’s my go-to spot because it’s convenient, well-stocked, and the team actually cares that you leave satisfied. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Lift Dispensary. Lou, along with the rest of the team, was incredibly helpful and full of solid recommendations. They offered plenty of options, took the time to walk me through everything, and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. Their prices are excellent, and I really appreciate the consistently fresh products with recent packaging dates — it truly sets them apart. There are other dispensaries much closer to where I live, but the trip over to Lift is absolutely worth it every time. Because of their steady service, genuine care, and dependable quality, they’ve definitely earned a long-term customer. Big thanks to Lou and the entire team at Lift!
