Recently I attended a wineglass-making class with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The class was amazing and we had a lot of fun while developing a new appreciation for glassblowing. The reason why this is not 5-stars however is due to the complete lack of customer service. I got a call at 3:30 today saying that our wineglasses were ready to go. Amazed by the fast response but still at work I responded that I would be over later today. I arrived at the store however to my dismay the store completely omitted that one of the wineglasses was broken. Apparently they didn't inform me because at some point today they were hoping to get one of their glassblowers to fix it. We could've avoided this entire scenario if they just told me in the first place, now I feel frustrated because I did a round trip to Minneapolis. I liked the service and would like to continue using it but not if employees are omitting details on a product that was paid for three weeks in advance.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff and clean environment. The Art/Glasswork is out of this world! Kudos to the artists. Also doing bigger things within the industry beyond just this shop so keep your eyes peeled for these guys! Thank you Legacy!

Not the place to go for basic accessories, but if you're trying to pay $150 for the only downstem they have stocked then it's fine. Also seems like once they realize you aren't there to spend big money they just want you out of the store.

I just had an awesome experience learning how to do glassblowing. The two hour class provided everything you needed, so you just show up being ready to experience. My instructor Dan did such a wonderful job not only teaching you the basics of glassblowing but also encouraging you to have confidence as a beginner artist. Highly recommended!

Everyone at Legacy Glassworks was awesome. From Gunther the greeter Pup to Ray our teacher or anyone who answered the phone or called us, ALL of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and beyond welcoming. We were there to take the marble making class and it was so much fun! We're not local but they were willing to ship our creations to us (they arrived very well packed and with a nice note too). Ray was a patient, thorough teacher who helped us actually get somewhat round marbles by the end without just doing it for us! The Gallery itself has some amazing artwork by artist from all over and it's quite impressive. Every time I thought WOW, that's my favorite, I'd turn around and see something new. If you ever get the chance to take a class or two, DO IT, it's a small, intimate setting (2-6 people) in a very clean-aired studio with great hands on experience.
