The shop itself has a cozy and clean atmosphere, making the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the high quality of their products and the variety they offer.

If I could leave no star I would, I moved here in January and ever since I have been buying smoke from this shop every 2days!! I went in there today to buy again when they told me to leave the shop I couldn't roll a smoke there. Which is lies!! IV done it multiple times before on my own and with friends and I rang back only for the manager to confirm that it's one rule today and another rule tomorrow.. IV given them so much money it's not even funny to treat a loyal paying customer like that was a joke. I have never been asked to leave a shop in my life I was so embarrassed

Unfortunately, I developed Sciatica a few years back that continues to be an issue. I was recommended to try some product to help me with the pain. All I can say is that the customer service I have received from Grant Pang, Nik Johnstone and team have been outstanding. I appreciate the education and I have to admit, impressed with their product knowledge. I have been in retail Sales for 34 years so experiencing great service to go along with a clean, cool store is really appreciated. I will definitely recommend family and friends to go see Nik. I have not frequented their Main and Granville locations often based on proximity. But it was nice to have the same experiences there as well on the few visits I had. Thank you very much for helping me get through this pain.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! One of the best stores I've been to in Vancouver! Selection, price and fun atmosphere. Picked up the Houseplant Indica eighth, which is from Seth Rogan's company. It looks great! Smokes great! Will be back for more :)
