Despite proof on my account of purchase of a cart and battery, and staff agreeing that one of the two malfunctioned and destroyed both of them, after only 3 uses, they refused a replacement and offered only a 10% discount on the cart. Their reason? the cart was purchased 40 days ago (max one month for returns) and the battery was not entered on my account by the employee who sold it to me (even though i showed them the receipt)

Absolutely favourite shop to go to! Always friendly staff, no matter who has helped me out. It's an enjoyable visit everytime.
