My debit card was compromised here and it lead to $500 of charges. I regret going here. Kootenay Cannabis is way better and less sketchy.

I just want to know how they get away with those prices. BC smalls is typically $21.99 at most places. Why is it $29.99 here? Everything is priced higher than any other dispensary in the city, which is crazy given the area and the many other dispensaries in the area with way more competitive pricing. I live less than 10 minutes from this place and I would drive as far as poco before going here.

Placed an order through Uber Eats that Kingsway Cannabis promised to deliver in about 15 minutes — it ended up being delayed for nearly two hours. No driver was ever assigned, and the order was never delivered. I eventually canceled after waiting far too long, yet I was still charged in full because the store supposedly “started preparing” the order. That’s not accurate — the product was never dispatched, and I received nothing. Customers should not be charged for items that are never delivered. This experience shows very poor coordination between the store and Uber Eats.

Not sure what’s crazier, how good these gummies are, or the fact Russell Peters personally delivered them to my door today. I open it, and there he is, just standing there with the same grin from his specials. We’re talking small talk about the weather and somehow he’s still slipping in jokes like it’s part of the delivery service. Felt like I got a half-hour comedy set with my order.

Stopped in on a whim and couldn't be happier with my visit! Jane was a delight to be served by, very friendly, knowledgeable, and seems to care about cannabis culture as a whole. I have a friend visiting from out of province, and I can't thank her enough for making our experience great!
