This used to be an okay store, but the quality control and care have completely gone out the window. At least half of the Happy Hippo-branded products are expired—or close to it—and it’s not a one-time issue. On top of that, they’re constantly out of stock on key items. It feels like no one is paying attention anymore, and as a customer, that’s unacceptable. Bought this 5/9/25…. Expired over 2 months… lightning hippo never in stock… even after calling multiple times over weeks to request it. Same story from phone rep… it’s the store owners fault for payment issues….unprofessional and over it. What happened? Do better. Care.

The prices are outrageous. To think those fake mushroom chocolate bars from Mmelt (really just chemicals, not actual mushrooms) used to be $25 at a gas station. These guys want $60 for it! There are other stores nearby selling them for $20 less. Their vapes and gummies are pricy, and their drink selection is limited.

Not even remotely from the area, but when I swung by to visit and grab some cbd I was very impressed at the knowledge the person at the counter had. All my questions were answered swiftly and with great detail. Accidentally bought CBG instead of CBD, called the next day and asked about a refund although I had opened one of the containers already. I was told I could return both for an exchange the same day regardless of the package. I bought a nano CBD chocolate, a container of cbd gummies, two containers of CBG gummies, and two containers of 10mg thc and 250 MG cbd gummies. I've tried all of them and every single one were delicious and gave me the most amazing calming effect. I can't get good quality products like this where I'm from, and if I'm ever in the area again this is the only place I'd buy from.
