They get in the stuff I need for Crohn's Disease and make sure it's in stock, they're the best! Sounds like I helped them out too lol, the stuff I asked them to get in is apparently flying off the shelves lol.

Best shop in town, I been to many! Healthy open atmosphere. Great prices and products. Clean big spacey place. Lots of help or just browse by yourself. Fantastic staff, polite personable. Very comfortable place to shop, actually it's my favorite store to shop, Go Jays Go!! It's big enough to put in a couple pinball machines, yahoo let's ask the boss, can u imagine? When is the last time?

I recently moved to the area after living on the Stoney Creek mountain my whole life. I was highly recommended to check out your shop. Me and my boyfriend walked in just before 8:00 PM on August 26th. The 2 ladies at the counter barely even said hello. My boyfriend has been there before but I haven’t not. I was unfamiliar with the store and hoping to be shown around. Usually when I walk into an unfamiliar shop the employees will ask if I’ve been there/offer to show me around. I also live for product recommendations. I always go in and ask what they recommend. Most of what I purchase is based on employee recommendations. I started walking around the store kinda just waiting for someone to come up and help us and nobody did. The one girl kept looking at us and we were looking at her thinking she was finishing up something and coming over to assist and that’s I eventually asked the girl at the counter how it works here to purchase do you come out here at all or do we go up to the counter? She told me I have to come to the counter. So I just chose random products I thought looked okay but in order to memorize the products I wanted to purchase I had to take pictures of all of the signs and show her the photos on my phone at the counter. It was just an awkward and discouraging experience that I’ve not encountered at any shop I’ve been to before. The part where I had to take pictures to memorize what I wanted to buy at the counter is also really a bit awkward, it didn’t make for a smooth buying process when I had to come up with my own solution of how I was going to memorize the products.

Roll into this shop and say High to Nick. Ask about the amazing Ontario Craft flower I introduced today from Sixty Seven Sins, Unit Fifteen and Frost Cannabis. All properly grown fire!!

So far my favorite to come back to .. they are fantastic there .. don't always get my products in but try to share new product that will satisfy me
