I love Jackpot! Mimico location has been my go-to shop and was so happy when they opened a location closer to me. Staff is always so friendly and takes the time to answer all my questions. Great prices and the loyalty program is a steal! Highly recommend!

Abraham Lee was honestly amazing! I believe he is a new staff here. I don’t usually 🍃 and honestly had no idea where to start, but Abraham Lee made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. He took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and curate the right products for me without ever making me feel rushed or out of place. He definitely knew extensively about each product. His customer service was amazing and his knowledge really showed. I left feeling confident and excited to try what he recommended. Definitely coming back because of the incredible experience he gave!
