I stop by every once and awhile to pick something up if im in the area. Staff is extremely cool and customer service is on point. Store itself has a very welcoming atmosphere and its always clean when I go there. Keep up the good work and see you next time

Purchased a vape device through an online order before holidays, picked it up and was advised by the teller that if there are any issues with the device to bring it back for a refund. Worked fine the first 2 uses then the extract started leaking through the spout. Returned to the store after holidays, a week later and was advised by the staff that they could not provide a refund due to the packaging not being returned (was never advised of this when picking up the purchase).Will not return as this was a 50$ purchase that barely worked and couldn’t honour any return, contrary to what was advised. Left the defective product with the staff as it is obviously defective. Would have preferred the staff pass the information along to management for a follow up, but decision was already cut and dried. Follow up to comment from inspired, I emailed the concern on Saturday August 9th and haven’t received a response. The email provided in your follow up shows a hyphen which gets bounced back, email on the website shows no hyphen which I received an auto reply stating that the message was received.

They have an amazing group of Budtender's! They give great choices, always welcoming and easy to talk too. Very friendly, clean and relaxing atmosphere. 5 stars all around.

Update: friendly and helpful staff, great assistance with allergen information too. Curbside was quick and the people were friendly, picked my order accurately . You can order ahead of time and pay online, then select your pick-up window (nice and convenient), and when lockdown is over they are supposed to be open to shopping in person. Requires official gov ID as proof of age.

Went in by happenstance and solely based on the way Shanie ( later to find out she was the manager ) took the time to educate/endure me, will be going back on a weekly basis. The store is beautiful, products amazingly priced, and usually the staff is a direct reflection of the manager… so i’m sure they are all amazing. I highly ( no pun intended ) recommend anyone from a first time indulger, to a seasoned veteran to swing by.. the atmosphere and reception gave me this nostalgic feeling of seeing a friend i hadn’t seen in years. Thanks for the amazing experience, to Shanie’s bosses… never take for granted the employee you have there at the helm.
