Love this place! The staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Every recommendation they made I absolutely loved. Add in the killer rewards for being a member, and I say hands down best dispensary in sf! Love you guys!

Formerly great selection is now very limited and frequently out of stock. Complete downhill slide since the HPC acquisition. Very disappointing to see what a formerly great place is turning into. Still very nice folks working here but the menu is just awful compared to any competitor nearby like Elevated or authentic 415.

Always a great visit when I'm here. From the moment you get greeted at the front door you feel welcome and like family, the service the team have given is excellent, always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The place is spacious with a nice relaxing feel to it. ATM inside as well. Fantastic. Always stocked with a vast choice. There's something for everyone here, prices are really fair and affordable, they also have a points reward system which is excellent and really does reward you for coming here. If you don't go here you're missing out, truly.

I always have a great experience here. They work so fast and give great advice on their products. I'm always in and out very quickly. The pricing is great and incredibly reasonable, with good variety even among their lower tier products. Parking is a little difficult the first time i went, but if you park 1 block away, there's enough street parking. I have made the flat my new go-to dispensary.

No Attitude. Chill AF What a good neighborhood dispensary should look like. Low key, run and staffed by knowledgeable, friendly people. Flower prices are average, but value is high, owing to their high quality. Really good prices on Local Brand BHO and Rosin Concentrates. Selection is adequate, but not extensive. Cartridges are also priced on the low side. They seem to carry a very wide variety. Remarkably free of the self conscious hype and hubris of some other dispensaries. They don't presuppose you're fluent in the myriad industry slang, so staff are able to meet you at your level. . Check 'em. Super convenient. The T runs past their front door.
