This used to be the only dispensary I would go to because products are good and the service was good and the prices are good as well. The last two times I went there to buy the products they sell only to be treated with rudeness as if the employees was offended completely confused and overwhelmed with stress when there told by the customers what the customers want absolutely pathetic. Maybe it's not the employees fault though it could be a result of horrible management. I used to go in there and buy flower buy the 3.5 grams I used to buy edibles I used to buy concentrates I bought a bong there once but since my unsettling experience at the house of green I through it away to help me let go of my frustrations I experience when I see that bong trigging my memories of past years positive experiences at the house of green just to loose my business. I will never spend another cent there just like the last two times I went there knowing what I wanted to buy and using my English language with proper words asking for the product I wanted to buy and leaving empty handed and disappointed, but at least I didn't spend my money there just waisted my time. I just won't return ever, instead of leaving disappointed and empty handed and the end of a positive experience at the house of green. This place is not recommended. Two thumbs down 👎 This is an edit to the response of my one star review. My experience is stuck in time there's nothing that can be done to replace that experience with a positive one. I am on extreme alert now when I go to any dispensary, I mostly just don't go at all because that experience has been a real eye opener as not everyone is a friend and some even do act out aggressive and dominantly. That is an attitude not good for someone who has responsibilities with others being customers or coworkers who misconduct them selves this way at work. And I think it's a bad look for the marijuana industry to have these kind of behavior issues in the shops.

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best dispensary you can find in the US, not just Alaska. They have absurdly good prices especially on cartridges, (particularly Caradundy) and the rewards system actually gets you good stuff like comfortable shirts or a percentage off of your purchase. The staff is super friendly and they treat repeat customers well by remembering our names and not pitching stuff that we don't want. The store itself and the parking lot has always been clean when I've been there (I've been there alot) and even if there's a line, service is fast.
