At Hot Yoga Plus, although we primarily focus on hot yoga, we believe in all yoga – every style, every temperature – for all people. We offer power vinyasa, aerial, ashtanga, sculpt, restorative, yin, sound healing, and have designed all our studios and classes to meet the needs of the individual, no matter the pace or the temperature of the room.
