It sounds frustrating when a store doesn't open as scheduled. If they haven't returned by the time indicated on the sign, it might be helpful to check their social media or website for any updates. Alternatively, I tried calling the store to see if they have a more accurate timeframe no answer. Oh well!

Called and asked about a product. Drive over and had to do so during rush hour because of scheduling. Product was not in stock. The person who answered the phone lacked the ability to be proactive. They knew I was coming to the store so why they didn’t say “that’s not in stock?” Because? They were high? Is that the excuse?

Good experience so far, however the staff (except the store manager) are not very knowledgeable when it comes to products. You really need to ask tons of questions. The store is neat, and they have a good quality selection of cbd/thc products. Will be coming back thought. This was in their new downtown location.
