The girl working on Wednesday evening shift at 7:10pm was being very rude. The door was locked we knocked and pressed the buzzer as there was no sign as she was using the restroom. How does a customer would know if the budtender is not available. I have been a loyal customer since four years never expected this from Hilife. Please take appropriate precautions to prevent such things from happening. And please buy a sign from dollarama so that a customer would know.

honestly i had amazing experience been buying weed there for a long time with the until one time this guy refused to sell me anything when i told them i was getting it for a friend of mine and im on hassle so wouldnt let me buy for myself as well, never going back there again unless you wanna waste ur time arguing

Extremely Disappointed – Never Coming Back I used to be a regular customer at this place, but after my recent experience, I can confidently say I will never return. Over time, I noticed a steep decline in customer service, but the last visit was the final straw. One of the employees (not sure if they were having a bad day or if this is just how they treat people now) was unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. No greeting, no eye contact, just attitude from the moment I walked in. When I asked a simple question, they responded with a sarcastic tone and a roll of the eyes like I was bothering them just by being there. I've never felt so disrespected as a paying customer. The worst part? This wasn’t an isolated incident. I've started noticing a general lack of professionalism from the staff. It feels like they just don’t care anymore. No effort, no courtesy, no accountability. It’s honestly shocking how far downhill this place has gone. Not only has the customer service become atrocious, but the overall atmosphere has become tense and unwelcoming. You walk in and feel like you're doing them a favor just by showing up. That’s not how any business should make their customers feel. It's a real shame because I used to enjoy coming here. But being treated like garbage by staff who clearly don’t want to be there? No thanks. I’ll take my business (and money) somewhere that actually respects its customers. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly and leaving frustrated. They’ve lost a loyal customer for good!

Excellent customer support. Great selection of products. Helpful, friendly staff and management. Not in a rush and took their time to get me what I wanted. Too bad they don’t have a store close to where I’m located but if I’m in the area I know where to head for weed and uth out looking elsewhere. Thank you guys. Edit: I walk out of the store and as I’m about to enter my car I get a call that I’ve left my glasses in the store. What amazing bunch of people. Thanks guys.
