They carry Arizer portable and desktop vape units, made right in KITCHENER, so I had to add to my collection. excellent service, couple of extras and the big boss of arizer was in the shop, super friendly. Most shops aren't carrying canadian accessories and vapes so this is fantastic. I love my volcano, but I will always support canadian when possible.

Great experience as soon as you walk in the door! Massive selection every single time, delivery services are great and timely with a call to say the budtender is close by! Ethan, Mya and Jake in store are super awesome, friendly and always there to answer questions, they all have a massive knowledge base of everything, they are the reason I choose to come back all the time! This is my regular shop. Both their delivery and in store service is great. I also got a free bong from their point system! Alyssa, Kassidy and Parker make the best suggestions, and have helped me out on multiple occasions. Ethan and Noah are very attentive and thoughtful with their service. Brad and Tejah are very friendly at the door and provide a kind welcome. Awesome team and shop all around! Always a nice experience.

I was blown away with the service I received here from Tejah. Not only did she have great knowledge and a great personality, she made me feel comfortable asking questions about products I wasn't sure about. I will definitely be coming back to this location to see her and her beautiful smile!
