I just moved to California about 3 months ago and have been to a lot of smoke shops ever since and ran into High Stone by pure coincidence while staying at an AirBnB in Van Nyes. The first time I went I had the pleasure of meeting Maria. From the get go she was professional, super friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. She made me feel like I've been a customer for years even though it was my first time. I was so happy with the way they treat their customers that from that moment on I haven't been to another smoke shop. Even if I have to drive all the way from Beverly Hills to get something. Their variety and unmatched customer service keeps me coming back. And I did just that today and again, they delivered. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Malik, who suggested a brand I've never had before and it was cheaper than my go to, Geek Bar. So I got it, tried it and left. On the way out I realized I just didn't like it. There was NOTHING wrong with the product, I just didn't like it. So I went back to buy the Geek Bar and without second thought he just exchanged it. He didn't have to do that but he did. So I walked out again and realized the closing mechanism didn't work and the vape didn't shut off. So I went back for the THIRD time and without batting an eye he just exchanged it AND gave me back $5 for the price difference. Reasons like this is why I come no matter where I am. Their customer service is second to none, and they ALWAYS treat you like family. They have a customer for life. If you're reading this, what are you waiting for!? Terrible service. I purchased a CBD vape pen 1 week ago and the pen broke apart after I tried to charge it. Walked back in, with my receipt, trying to get a replacement and was yelled at by an employee and was refused to offer any help. The employee was very rude to me for no reason. Truly one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a smoke shop. This smoke shop will not help you if you purchase a defective product. And they will yell at you for no reason too...

Phenomenal service and insane stock. Every time I walk in I’m treated like I’ve known the guys working here for years specially The Armenian girl she's the best (Maria). And they have the hook up on all your needs. And if they happen to not have what ya want, which is rare, they will usually add it to the next shipment. 10/10 recommend this for your go to shop.
