High Profile X Budega of Roslindale Dispensary

I’ve been to all the high profile spots but this one is trash respectfully . I placed a on line order but I had a question and since I’m legally blind I have to hold to package near my face . So bud tender is like I can’t let you hold the product even though technically I just paid for it online and was just picking up . I just want to ask about the thc content. So I ask the guy what are you worried I’m going to steal something I already paid for on line ? He gave me attitude so I just asked him take that item off my order . If this is policy I understand but I think it should enforced at all locations and be posted or at the least people with a disability should be able to explain this and be helped in a better way ……my opinion it’s just my opinion but over 80k people have my reviews on google. If you follow me or trust my reviews Stay away from the Roslidale location or just say no !

I can’t say enough about Shamia! She has been so welcoming throughout my whole onboarding process as well as my initial training. Shamia has also been very thorough in teaching me the dispensary rules & regulations and the importance of following them exactly as written. It has been a Great overall experience so far because of Shamia and all the other team members! 😊

Steven is the man! Every time I stop by High Profile, he’s super chill, helpful, and really knows his stuff. He always points me in the right direction whether I’m looking for something strong or just to relax. You can tell he actually cares about making sure you get what fits you best, not just selling random stuff. Great energy, great service — definitely ask for Steven if you want the best experience!

I love coming to this dispensary! The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. A huge thank you to Robert and Keem for their excellent customer service!!!!!! Keem was at the front and got me checked in quickly and with a smile, while Keem handled my transaction with such efficiency. I absolutely love talking to them both! They were both super friendly and made the process seamless. It's great to have such a positive and easy experience, and they both deserve a lot of credit for that!!!!!! Highly recommended!

My personal experience.The customer service is excellent.They help you out with what you ask for , they give you information about the cannabis.( with a smile and no I don't work there) and as for the price you can't beat it.I recommend high profile
