She was polite to an extent of that makes sense. She did not give the best new customer experience to be frank. Overall she was decent but she rushed me and then was less than impressed by me switching to a different vape and when my husband showed me before checking out all the way she sighed really loud and whispered “Oh my god” a d when I said I’m sorry if this has taken too long she rolled her eyes and said it’s fine but we need to get you outta here a little quicker next time there’s a line now. 😳 I’m sorry you help a device and scrolled through your menu without letting me look or knowing much about it. My husband refused to buy any thing from her an swapped cashiers 🤦🏼‍♀️

Staff is always friendly. The place is always clean. Inventory is second to none. My only thing I would say is the music tends to be a little loud making it challenging to have a conversation with the friendly staff! Priscilla was pleasant, engaging and dun to interact with.

Sara the Budtender was the absolute best! My first time at High Profile and had a wonderful experience, even with me showing up ten minutes before close! Great spot! thanks Sara!
