Mike was absolutely amazing. I reached out about a PH(X) bubbler that I found on the site. The item was new old stock and I was impressed there were still any left. It only took a few emails, a quick phone call and five days shipping time. The bubbler arrived safe and in perfect condition To Arizona. We have already since, done more business on a beautiful EHLE Beaker bottom. Mike is quick to pack and ship orders that are paid for and has great communication on everything. Also I see a lot of complaints here about him stopping to pack orders and closing the shop for" breaks". I for one, appreciate that he will show priority to getting out customers paid for orders. a lot of places will wait until the end of day or next day to ship. I had a tracking slip from the post office within an hour. It's no different than you having to wait in line while he delt with me in person.

Guy kicked me out said theyre going for a break, very rude, i asked him to return my purchase after 2 minutes because i felt bad about his behavior and he started yelling at me and swearing. Calling me ignorant and stupid and all the names you can imagine. I just left but never coming back there. Sounded like scammer too! If you know what i mean.

Mike has got the best selections of bongs and ash catchers. The one bong I had my eye on for weeks. He was kind enough to put it a side when I returned to the store.
