This is an addendum to the review i posted last week. The owner/G.M. Steven did in fact reach out to me and he spoke to his rep and they replaced them! Excellent customer service, albeit a bit later - with a very good reason. Family always comes first. Thank you all and we will be back shopping at our neighborhood store again! The pre rolls I bought were wet, I couldn't get a toke off them. I took them back and they wouldn't exchange them. This is a government store! Why wouldn't they fix the issue and replace the faulty product with something else? I left my card and phone number for the owner to call me the next day. He called me 2 days later...fixed everything and has a happy customer again!

Hands down best store in the GTA. Their selection is top-notch, with an impressive variety of products that cater to everyone, from newbies to seasoned pros. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, making the entire shopping experience smooth and fun! I felt at ease asking questions, and their recommendations were spot on. Plus they're super dog friendly. Can't wait to come back—highly recommend!

Great choice of pre rolled joints, a lot of choice in herb as well. Super nice staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would fully recommend checking this place out!
