I recently started going to this location and I was not disappointed by the level of customer service I received. I was helped by Michael and he took the time to ensure I left with the right product. 10/10 everyone needs to go visit Michael ! Let's not forget about Jenn - she is a ray of pure sunshine and will brighten any day! You're missing out if you're not going to this location!

I ordered for pick up in error and called and said I’m on the other side of town so I need it delivered. I said I’m not at home but my hubby is and he can receive it. They cancelled the first order right away and I reordered and it was delivered quite quickly. Everything was there in a nice little fabric bag. Delivery is very convenient.

THANKS MATT! I tried this store out to support local instead of buying from OCS website. Ordered online for delivery. It came in about an hour after I had ordered it. My delivery person was MATT. Friendly, and very presentable. Great store and great selection.... I'm off to try the product now...and you get a cool reusable bag!

I must say I’m beyond Happy to have a Hello location back in the city. Their pricing is fair and they carry a great selection of products. The staff are well educated and very helpful (Jordan) was magnificent. Looking forward to my next visit and Covid restrictions being lifted so I can fully enjoy the in store experience.
