The lady there seems like a very nice person, and I respect her. However, she sold me a different product than what I asked for. Even after I went back and told her that it wasn’t the same product, she still sold me the wrong one. I’m trying to quit cannabis and I’ve been making an effort to buy flowers with the lowest possible THC levels. But the product she gave me has high THC. She told me it wouldn’t get me high, but I know very well that if I smoke two of them, it will trigger the reward mechanism in my brain and make me crave THC again the next day. I’ve confirmed this with three different AI systems. I’ve been using cannabis for 15 years, and I really want to quit. Sometimes when I smoke two, it’s clear this product has very high THC. If I only had one, it might have been manageable, but my brain needs to completely recover from THC. Before me, she argued with another customer who was rude, and I think I ended up being the one who paid the price for that. Regardless of the technical details, I showed her exactly what I wanted on my phone and asked twice, yet she still convinced me to buy something else. The store was about to close, and there was a rush, but this still isn’t right.

Good asortyment even very good. Just super unpleasant service of fiolet hair lady. I’m living next door and that forced me to change dispensary because cannabis and dispensaries should be an experience not struggle. Still good shop.

Had an amazing customer service experience for my first time at the store. Ashley was a great help and immediately knew the glass adapter pieces I would need for my ash catcher. I had checked out at least 4-5 other dispensaries before Havok and the staff there had no clue what an adapter was! Great store, captivating in-store selections and displays and an overall comforting experience shopping here.
