Toyeen has excellent customer service and helped me right away. I placed an online order and everything was ready to go super quick and smooth. I’ve been a member since 2015 and still have my original ID to get into the store, which says a lot about how long I’ve been rocking with Harborside San Jose. I renewed my yearly membership and I forgot you get a goodie bag he came out with it and it definitely blessed my night. We had a little small talk and next thing you know Toyeen was putting me on to some PCG seeds, which came through clutch. As a home grower, that kind of knowledge and genuine conversation really matters to me. I exclusively shop here because the staff, service, and consistency have always been solid over the years.
