I love coming here for the quality products and fantastic staff. I needed to go in instead of my usual delivery, so decided to look into why my membership wasn’t showing up right. Norbert rang me up with a smile and took the time to get to the bottom of my membership issue. He got me all taken care of with no problems. Great staff like him are part of what keeps me coming back,

Norbert was AWESOME!!! He took his time to make sure that all the items I wanted were correct. He was knowledgeable about the products and all the sales that were ongoing. Friendly and made us feel welcome in the store. He also had great alternatives to some strains that were sold out. Also Harborside does a good job of keeping popular Brands/Strains well stocked. Norbert, THANK YOU AGAIN!! We had a very large order and you were very attentive. Keep up the great work and we will see u again.

Norbert E was super helpful and patient. My card chip stopped working and he was so patient with me while I handled the issue. As soon as I was ready he brought me up front and took care of it. Super nice guy, the whole team is really sweet here. I brought my kitten with me and they were so sweet to her too. Love that too. Will definitely recommend and return myself.

Harborside is my favorite collective In the entire bay area, their staff is knowledgeable, kind and tolerant; asking customers how they would like to be addressed. As a transgender MS patient, they treat members like VIPs, regardless of race, Creed, religion, color, status, or sexuality, and giving disabled members the dignity they deserve with a wheelchair lift and an open heart. I wouldn’t go to another dispensary unless I was In physical pain, without cannabis and in another city ❤️‍🩹💜💕

Akil was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the membership system vs being a loyal member as well as the sale prices that showed online. I really appreciate him noticing my birthday and wishing me a happy belated. His customer service is appreciated & on point
