TJ was awesome. He was on the spot ready when I walked in the door and then help me select some other goodies that I hadn’t planned. He was personable, funny, and really an enjoyment to work with. It was my first experience at jars and I will definitely be returning again!!

Everyone was so friendly when greeting me, the ambience was nice with good music playing at a wonderful level that didn’t leave me screaming my orders over the music, T-J steered me in the right directions of suggesting better options than what I originally came in for. I enjoyed my experience visiting this Jars!

When they were Hana they always had what’s they advertised in stock we never had an issue coming over and not getting what we wanted. Now that they are Jars that has all changed. Walked to get 5 1/8’s they were featuring online and they had none of them. The new manager suggested that if I didn’t like that I could go shop down the road. The old staff would never speak to us like this. I also see they recycle the poor leaders to other stores as one of their bad ones is here from Metro Center. They didn’t even try to sell me or show me other options the bud tender was dumbfounded that I was mad they didn’t have what they had shown and didn’t know how to handle it at all. She was quiet and just stared at me. Grrl and manager do your jobs and know them. Please do better. This sucked. Have what you have shown is available on your website I drove over and didn’t get what I wanted I was forced to pick some random brand and product.

Outstanding Service, Great Location, and a Truly Welcoming Team Hanna Dispensary has quickly become one of my favorite stops in the area. The location near 32nd St. and Broadway is incredibly convenient, but it’s the people inside who make the experience exceptional. Every visit, the customer service is top‑tier — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping you find exactly what you need. I also really appreciate their veterans program. It’s clear they care about giving back and supporting the community, and that means a lot. Programs like that show the heart behind the business. Whether you’re a regular or visiting for the first time, I highly recommend stopping by Hanna. Great products, great people, and a welcoming environment every time.

Gonna miss Hana, they just got bought by jars. Hana itself was awesome. The staff was the best. It was a nice small dispo. Now it’s just another chain. And none of the same staff is in there so I hope no one was let go. If I wanted to go to jars, I would just go down the street to 16th St.
