I shopped a lot at The Grove when I lived on Brant street. But since moving closer to Monfort I went to Collective Growers since it was closer until it recently shut down. I liked The Grove, and was sort of happy to be able to go back into business with them- when they had the super cute shirts, I bought one! Support Local! But the service both times I went back were... Meh. Just tonight I did online ordering with them for the first time since I'm having an episode and hoped my room-mate could go and pick up for me like they would at the Growers. I didn't notice my information was off, since it'd been so long. And even though: "It WaS On ThE WeBsItE." As I was treated so stupidly for not noticing. I went over it and still don't see where it says exactly that someone else can't go pick up for you, even if they know you info and are of age, and I wasn't even given the chance to just hop on and fix the fake name I gave myself. I don't like putting on my real information on things unless it's necessary ( I didn't know it was and I would've instantly, should I have been just given a call or chance ). I had even pre-paid for it. I'm literally going through it and was just hoping I could at least have some weed with my money. Now I have money in limbo because of it, and have to go somewhere else to pick it up... While... Again, I'm in a crisis emotionally and mentally. I wasn't rude and just laughed it off and said I'm going to re-order. But I'm not... Actually, nawh. Grove lost my business and I'm throwing their shirt to the back of my closet. Besides...Canna Cabanna or High Ties has way better prices. Go there, folks!

I've been there once ans was nervous loll because I amFrench Canadian from Gatineau and bilingual and the guy in the front was super friendly and kind and also I was asking for something smooth and he give me the right things. Definitely a great place I recommend and also it was my second trip of scooter in Ottawa.

Exquisite selection of cannabis available ranging from budget friendly up to luxury strains and all in between, staff is very friendly. The establishment is locally owned with a fantastic environment inside. I can’t get over the fact they have a old school Nintendo for people to play!!
