If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is behaving in really sleazy ways. I ordered on line and when I picked it up they sold me the wrong product. I went back to complain and they told me I was trying. to rip them off. Oh well, they'll be out of business on Queen Anne and that will be a good thing for the neighborhood.

if you care about spending your money with kind and compassionate people, do not shop here. I have not experienced an ounce of hospitality or empathy from a single employee. The vibes are incredibly off every single time I go. There is another dispensary called star buds right across the street. I urge you to spend your money there instead.

I love the vibe in the store, it was quick and easy with check out process .The security guard Devin, was very friendly, and helpful with information us about the deals in the store. Also Kevin the bub tender was awesome, very knowledgeable about the strain I like and what hot on top shelf.I would recommend Queen Ann dispensary to anybody. It is the best place in Seattle to go to and very informative about their products. Thank Queen Ann!

Love the shop! Its small but cute! Has a good variety of everything. And the staff is super nice and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and they dont bombard you and they actually let you look around. Which is so nice. Over all it's a 5 out a 5!
