Gas Station

Absolutely disgusting experience. After pumping my gas, I politely asked to use the washroom and was aggressively stopped by a female attendant who spoke to me with hostility, disrespect, and an unacceptable tone. Within moments, a white customer and a brown customer asked for the exact same thing and were immediately welcomed, smiled at, and shown the washroom without hesitation.The contrast in treatment was blatant and humiliating. I felt racially profiled and deeply disrespected. No paying customer should ever be treated this way. If you are Black, I strongly advise staying away from this Shell station. Racism has no place in customer service.

Today I arrived at this gas station during the business hours listed on Google Maps, but it was closed. There was no information, notice, or sign explaining the closure or any changes to the operating hours. This is unacceptable, as customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits. Please ensure that the operating hours are accurate and kept up to date to avoid wasting customers’ time.

Bad behaviour of employees. They locked up restroom. If you buy gas then it’s for you. I am regular customer of shell and used to fill up my gas in Mississauga. But now I am leaving shell forever.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Shell gas station at 38 Spadina Ave. in Toronto. The employee told me I couldn’t use the washroom unless I bought something first, saying it was “only for customers.” I find that policy unreasonable and disrespectful, especially for a major gas station in downtown Toronto. Using a washroom is a basic human need, not a privilege. Making people buy something just to use it isn’t acceptable and goes against common sense public health and sanitation standards. Shell Canada should take this issue seriously and make sure their locations allow reasonable washroom access. To be clear, I’m not blaming the employee personally, since it’s likely a rule set by the owner or management.

Amazing staff! Newly renovated. They have fresh food! HOT DOGS, SAMOSA, MAC N CHEESE, JAMAICAN PATTY, CHICKEN BITES and the best part is they are HALAL! Best ICE COFFEE! I will being shopping here moving on
