Had a frustrating experience at Fun Guys today with Martha. Their website advertises 20% off online and in-store, but Martha initially refused to honor the in-store discount. After I called the main center and spoke with Hector, she reluctantly applied it—but acted as if she was doing us a personal favor rather than following the standard store’s offer. On top of that, we didn’t know the store only accepts cash. Our total was $56, and she refused to provide change, telling us to go to the bank for exact cash. Overall, very poor service. Other branches may have more helpful staff.
